About Our Family:

We live in Udall, Kansas which is located 25 miles southeast of Wichita.

Mitch is employed by Flint Hills Resources in Wichita as Senior Business System Analyst. Mitch had previously been the Director of Technology and Development at Go.edu , where he lead the development of the Go.edustar Student Information System. Mitch was previously a teacher and technology coordinator at Udall High School for 6 years. Mitch has a BS in Secondary Education- History and Computers from Kansas State University.(GO CAT'S!!) Mitch was Mayor for Udall for 5 years and a city councilman for 3 years. Mitch has served 18 years as captain and a EMT for Cowley County Fire District IV. He has also served as Vice-President for the Winfield Area EMS Reserves and worked part-time for Winfield Area EMS. Prior to moving to Udall, Mitch served 6 years as assistant chief for the Tatarrax Hills station, Riley County Fire District I, Manhattan, Kansas.

Lara is employed as the High School Math Teacher at Udall High School. Lara has a BS in Political Science and Pre-Law from Kansas State University and a BS in Secondary Education - Math from Southwestern College in Winfield. While at Kansas State, Lara was a member of the Delta Phi chapter of the Sigma Signma Sigma Sorority.

Andrea is our beautiful 14 year old daughter and Zachary is our 12 year old son. Andrea is in the 9th Grade at Udall High School . Andrea takes dance lessons at The Edge Performing Arts Centre in Winfield. Zach is in 7th Grade at Udall Middle School. Zach was diagnosed several years ago as a Type I Diabetic.
